About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to join their People Team. This key leadership role is focused on creating and sustaining a compelling teammate experience, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, employer branding, university relations, and alternative labor strategies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the organization's "People First" commitment and will be responsible for leading a team of passionate professionals to ensure the company's values and culture are reflected in all aspects of the talent management process. This includes enabling the team to live up to their fullest potential, managing and leading the Talent Acquisition Team, and partnering with various HR functions to develop and execute strategic talent initiatives.Candidates for the VP of Talent Acquisition position should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in talent acquisition, talent management, and organizational development, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business goals into effective talent strategies, and who is adept at driving change and innovation. A Bachelor's degree in business or HR is required, with a Master's degree preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strong influencer, capable of working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, and will have a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop colleagues. The role also involves a 30% travel commitment. The VP of Talent Acquisition will be a champion of diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and will ensure that the company's commitment to these values is reflected in all aspects of the recruiting and employment process.
