About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Talent Management to ensure the success of the employee experience through various people programs and manager enablement. This hands-on role involves supporting the development and execution of inclusive strategies that engage, retain, and develop employees. The successful candidate will focus on areas such as performance development, employee recognition, manager development, and engagement surveys. They will also be responsible for contributing to the design and management of performance enablement programs and learning initiatives that drive high performance and enhance the employee experience. The role requires a leader with strong influencing skills, excellent communication abilities, an entrepreneurial drive, and the willingness to tackle challenging problems directly.Applicants for the VP of Talent Management position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, People leadership, or related organizational development roles. Strong influencing skills, excellent communication, and an entrepreneurial drive are essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships at all levels, empowering a team of leaders, and be a metrics-driven operator with a bias for action.
