Job Title: Director of Information Technology

We are seeking an experienced Director of Information Technology (IT) to lead our IT environment across multiple divisions. Director of Information Technology Responsibilities:

• Lead IT system processes and department efficiency improvements.
• Develop IT strategy for cloud, security, communication, business continuity, and disaster recovery.
• Partner with product, engineering, architecture, cyber, and cloud infrastructure teams.
• Oversee IT Network Cyber Security and manage the Security Operations Center.
• Manage phone systems, servers, Microsoft, SQL, and Azure environments.
• Build virtual products to support multidivisional operations.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
• Lead and grow a team from 56 to 10 direct reports.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and develop strategic plans.
• Negotiate vendor contracts (preferred).

Director of Information Technology Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's/MBA is a plus).
• 10 years in enterprise applications and IT operations.
• 10 years supervising technology teams and overseeing IT projects.
• 8 years of leadership in cross functional teams.
• Experience with IT brands like Cisco, Barricuda, and Artic Wolf.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Operational cloud strategy development.
• Managed Detection and Resolution.
