Role Summary
This role will provide first-response support to associates for all AV equipment related issues, as well as assisting the Director of Technology with new hire orientation & setup assistance. This role will also partner with our outsourced IT resource to address in-office IT needs.
What You Will Do
- Partner with outsourced IT resource to set up new computers.
- Conduct troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues.
- Conduct audio and video setups for public programs and meetings (all things AV equipment related).
- Maintain and/or develop step-by-step procedural documentation.
- Provide IT orientation assistance for new employees.
- Manage hardware inventory system.
- Support business-related smartphone use (including MFA and all applications).
- Assist in ad hoc IT related projects as directed.
What You Will Bring
- Technical school degree/certificate, including Microsoft certifications
- 2 years of experience providing operating system and standard office application support including installation and troubleshooting/resolution of software-related errors
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365, OSX, iOS, and Android technology
