We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, and in person
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Communicate and coordinate with team members and management
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
**Skills:**
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and analyze situations quickly
- Upselling skills to promote products or services
