Sixt Rent-A-Car is looking for a night-shift Rental Sales Agent to join our team!
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations and ability to sell the product.
- Collaborate with teammates providing top-notch customer service to increase profits and customer loyalty.
- Prepare the rental agreement while advising on and up-selling vehicles and optional extras to the customer according to their needs.
- Guide customers through the rental process using empathy, empowerment, and problem-solving skills to provide a memorable experience to delight the customer.
- Assist customers with returns, future reservations, and any requirements or concerns they may have.
- Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Professional with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Maintains high customer service, always being positive and outgoing.
- Team-oriented, flexible, and willing to learn.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Full-time
Pay : $17 / hour with incentive / sales bonuses
Schedule : 3 : 30PM 11 : 30PM
- 4-5 shifts a week
- Weekend and Holiday availability
Location : Cincinnati Airport
