Responsibilities
- Manage and process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliation.
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities.
- Follow up with customers via phone, email, and letters to collect outstanding balances.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
- Generate and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and take appropriate action.
- Assist with month-end closing processes and prepare necessary reports for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient billing and collection processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
