POSITION SUMMARY

The A/R and A/P Finance Specialist supports the overall Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable process including the processing and application of financing and funding for multiple entities, processing adjustments and finance reporting

Essential Functions Statement(s)

• Review and process financing and funding from different finance companies.
• Work directly with salespeople, technicians, sales managers, front line managers and Ops managers, as well as, at times, directly with customers to resolve any financing issues that hold up financing to funding.
• Provide reporting on daily financing totals, plans, fees, applications
• Process refunds through finance companies as required
• Processing of credit card payments as required
• Answer incoming technicians line phone calls
• Instruct salespeople and technicians on completion of finance documents
• Other duties as assigned
• Accounts Payable

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required

Experience: Minimum one year of experience in Accounting/Banking with understanding of credits and debits. Candidate needs to possess outstanding math skills including all basic functions and percentages.

Computer Skills: MS Office including strong skills in Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
