Essential Duties
HR Responsibilities:
Address employee relations issues, including conflicts, complaints, and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance -related matters.
Administer FMLA leave including understanding FMLA regulations, processing leave request, communicating with employees about their rights and responsibilities under FMLA, coordinating leave with other types of employee benefits, and ensuring FMLA paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation by ensuring precise data entry
Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
