Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries, coordinate appointments, reach out to local schools, and create relationships.
- Utilizing our operating system to create and update learning plans for all students.
- Delegating tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate parties.
- Handling basic office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, data entry, and reporting.
- Basic math knowledge through Pre-Algebra.
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Customer Service-Centric.
- Outgoing and positive attitude.
- Articulate speaker.
- Maintain confidential information regarding students and personnel.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bilingual (not mandatory).
