Primary Job Functions

Enhance product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. Create and review procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. Ensure rational distribution and delivery according to analysis report and tracking records.

Essential Responsibilities

• Precisely enter freight information along with the details for shipments approved.
• Accurately track shipments incoming for latest ETA’s and pickups
• Continually create shippers for bonded warehouse to AEM/ sending request
• Run monthly bonded warehouse inventory comparisons
• Enter freight information and details for shipments approved
• Provide forms to correct carrier and brokers for customs clearances
• Enter exact pricing for WMR expedite request, along with recovery amounts for freight
• Expediently provide quotes to carriers
• Maintain a running and accurate database of pricing for current suppliers
• Monitor shipments for critical components as necessary for updates
• Set-up approved shipments for suppliers as required needed - quoting the absolute best cost expedites

Experience / Education / Skills

• 3-5 Years of Logistics experience - Required
• Shipment Creation - Required
• Customs Experience - Required
• Superior Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge
• Fluency with English language - REQUIRED
• Bilingual in Spanish and or Chinese - Highly Preferred
• Ability to work within a Team Environment and Independently
• Able to work in high pressure situations
• Able to assist with Physical Inventory
• Strong and Consistent Data Entry Capabilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
