Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the help desk team to ensure optimum customer service
- Utilize Citrix Technologies to improve and maintain the company's technical systems
- Manage and maintain the company's database systems to ensure accurate and timely information provision
- Implement and maintain EO/IR systems in accordance with industry standards
- Use Microsoft and other software tools to maintain and improve the company's IT infrastructure
- Manage and maintain networking systems to ensure secure and efficient data transfer
- Utilize Active Directory for network user and resource management
- Ensure computer hardware is properly maintained and upgraded as necessary
- Oversee configuration management to ensure system stability and availability
- Manage deployments of new systems and software across the organization
- Provide deskside support to staff, troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Windows in day-to-day tasks and project management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Help Desk Manager or similar role in IT services
- Familiarity with Database management
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Systems, including MS Office 365 and Microsoft Windows
- Strong knowledge of Networking systems
- Experience with Active Directory
- Proficiency in Computer Hardware
- Skilled in Configuration Management
- Experience in Deployments
- Experience providing Deskside Support
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
- Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
