Our Client, a global company with several entities is hiring for an Employee Relations Manager to join a great team of HR professionals to support over 3500 employees nationwide. The company offers a competitive salary plus bonus incentive and a hybrid work schedule.
The Employee Relations Manager will have full oversight of all workplace disputes, partnering with managers and employees regarding matters relating to attendance issues to complex investigations and resolutions.
