LHH is Hiring a Staff Accountant Near Columbia, MD
Job Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices and set up new vendor accounts.
- Prepare and post payments and disbursements.
- Assist with year-end 1099 preparation.
- Review and apply customer payments.
- Send out invoices to customers and assist with inquiries.
- Perform collections as needed.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Maintain inventory and track movement of materials.
- Count and record inventory on a quarterly basis.
- Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- QuickBooks experience preferred, intermediate Excel skills required.
