About the Role

As Commercial Insurance Account Manager- Small Business Unit  you manage client relationships, maintain policy data, and ensure the renewal process goes smoothly with this super regional independent insurance agency’s property and casualty team.

• Small business accounts in various industries (main street, contractors, habitation, light manufacturing, and more), generating between $5k-$100k in annual premium
• These will be stand alone coverages or package policies
• It’s a high volume, high touch role that requires constant client engagement and a lot of organization behind the scenes
• Expect to manage all aspects of the client relationship, renewal preparation, and remarketing as needed

Skills & Experience

• At least three (3) years of independent insurance agency service experience rating policies with multiple insurance companies
• Active state insurance license
