About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Customer Success and Growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading the global customer success organization, with a focus on developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive adoption and value realization. This role involves handling customer escalations, managing the renewal process, and partnering with finance and accounting to ensure accurate forecasts. The VP will also be responsible for coaching and mentoring the customer success leadership team, establishing a culture of accountability, and advocating for customer needs within the company. Key metrics for this role include gross retention, renewal retention, and revenue-retention operations.Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years' of career experience, with a strong background in consulting and customer success for B2B and enterprise software companies. Experience in professional services and customer success leadership, particularly in highly acquisitive private equity firms, is highly valued. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building and managing high-performing teams, as well as the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to be analytical, process-oriented, and proactive in task execution. A background in the financial reporting industry is also strongly preferred.
