Ameriprise Financial - Vermont is Hiring a Client Service Specialist Near Williston, VT

Guided Wealth Advisors, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial, is seeking a full time, dedicated, and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless client experiences by providing comprehensive support to our advisors in various aspects of the client service experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming client calls and assist with questions as able to.
  • Greet incoming clients as needed.
  • Complete check-in calls with clients.
  • Run reports within client accounts to check on beneficiaries, powers of attorney, etc...
  • Complete trades and transactions with direction from advisor.
  • Support the creation of applications and facilitate new business processes.
  • Track tasks and client interactions in our CRM system for effective communication and follow-ups.
  • Assist with meeting prep and follow up as needed.
  • Complete mail and check log as needed to support the office.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or within the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Notary certificate preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation: $24 per hour
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays.
