JOB DESCRIPTION

The incumbent provides administrative support in the clinic setting to patients and families, members of the care team and administrative leaders to ensure the smooth operation of the medical office.

EDUCATION :

H.S. diploma or equivalent required; Coursework in administrative or medical sciences preferred.

EXPERIENCE :

Proven excellent customer service experience required. Must have at least one year of experience in a clinical and / or administrative setting, preferably in primary care.

Must be able to multi-task, work independently and have solid organizational skills. Must have strong computer and data entry skills along with the ability to learn new computer programs.
