Keepit is looking for a Partner Account Manager to drive our partner sales in the Americas (East & West)
We are growing fast and are set on using our momentum to bring our SaaS cloud-based backup Services for Office 365, Azure AD, Dynamics, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Google to a global audience. The Americas region is critical to our global expansion, and we have recently established a new regional headquarters in Dallas, Texas. We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to expand our partner network to accelerate our 100% indirect go-to-market approach.
As a Partner Account Manager at Keepit, you will drive our sales with and through our partners. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the Partner organizations and collaborate with our regional Sales Executive, especially on larger deals. You will work to exceed channel sales goals by enabling existing partners and recruiting new ones.
We firmly believe in a reciprocal business model where we invest in our partners, not as a simple transaction, but with the purpose of generating mutually beneficial revenue for partners and our own company. As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in bringing Keepit’s industry-leading solutions to the US market.
Central tasks as Partner Account Manager with Keepit will be to:
- Develop excellent relationships with new and existing partner organizations and resellers to generate pipeline and grow revenue (New ARR)
- Enable and activate channel partners to reach their full mutual potential.
- Identify, qualify, onboard, and scale growth plans with new and current partner organizations.
- Train and coach partner sales teams in Keepit’s SaaS cloud backup.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team in the region to close deals with customers.
- Manage and execute Partner business plans & QBRs.
- Coordinate local Partner participation in events and training.
- Drive product promotions and programs.
- Attend Shows and conferences as designated by management.
As a Partner Account Manager, you will be joining our team of competent sales professionals and IT entrepreneurs in the US. You will report to the Americas VP of Sales. We believe this requires a hunter mentality, and a person prepared to spend time and energy seeking new business relations. We believe this requires the discipline to keep going in the face of adversity and the will to systematically work to improve on both strengths and weaknesses to bring in more revenue.
3. Tech-savvy with a commercial mindset: To empower our partners, it is crucial to have or acquire an excellent command of our cloud solutions and the commercial aspects of enterprise SaaS selling. Therefore, the role of Partner Account Manager requires a solid understanding of the technical aspects of our and competing products, as well as the ability to effectively communicate the key financial, operational, and business impacts of our software solutions.
4. Stakeholder Management: As the focal point between Keepit and our partners, having competency and understanding to manage various stakeholders’ perspectives is one of the keys to success in the role. This calls for the ability to balance expectations and negotiate successful resolutions through strong communication skills.
