Keepit is looking for an experienced Marketing Project Coordinator to play a crucial role in ensuring successful planning, execution and evaluation of global marketing campaigns and initiatives.

We are growing fast as a company, and we are set on using our momentum to bring SaaS cloud-based backup platform to a global audience. The Marketing team plays a vital part in supporting all revenue generating teams in Keepit. We are currently expanding heavily in our global expansion and want to bolster our efforts in evangelizing the Keepit brand.

As Marketing Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of marketing campaigns and event initiatives. You will have a wide range of responsibilities, including helping in the development of marketing materials to facilitating campaigns across marketing functions to assisting in both internal and external events.

The successful candidate will be well-organized, a skilled communicator, and have a knack for showing initiative that pairs with a drive to push tasks over the finish line.

Responsibilities as a Marketing Project Coordinator with us:

• Collaborate with various teams to define project objectives, scope, and requirements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Manage the production and distribution of internal and external marketing collateral ensuring they align with our messaging framework and company branding guidelines.
• Assist in managing project schedules, budget, and communications, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Event planning and coordination, with attention to financial and time constraints, booking venues, scheduling speakers, and liaising with partners and internal stakeholders.

Requirements preferred to be considered for this role:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a marketing-related role or project management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills.
• Proficient in English
• Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
• Able to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced, and lean organization.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing campaign plans or similar.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in project management software, such as Monday.com or Asana a plus.
