We are currently seeking individuals to represent Lenity Light in the Tarrant and Johnson County areas. We are looking for candidates who can employ a consultative sales approach to educate medical professionals about hospice services and meet customer needs by delivering end-of-life care solutions that enhance the quality of a patient's life.

Job Description:

Position Overview: As an Experienced Hospice Sales Development Representative at Lenity Light, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and ensuring individuals in need of hospice care receive the support they deserve. Your professionalism, punctuality, and engaging personality will be vital in building relationships with healthcare professionals and nurturing leads to promote our hospice services.

Key Responsibilities:

Professionalism: Maintain the highest level of professionalism in all interactions with healthcare providers, patients, and their families. Uphold the ethical standards and values of LLH at all times.

Punctuality: Demonstrate unwavering punctuality in attending appointments, meetings, and events. Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.

Engaging Personality: Utilize your warm and engaging personality to connect with healthcare professionals and potential referral sources. Build trust and rapport with key stakeholders.

Lead Generation: Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with potential referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers.

Education and Outreach: Provide informative and empathetic explanations of our hospice services to healthcare partners, patients, and their families. Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource.

Referral Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to facilitate the seamless transition of patients into our hospice care program. Ensure a compassionate and supportive experience for all parties involved.

Sales Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and healthcare regulations. Provide insights to refine our sales strategies and stay ahead in the field.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent number of years’ experience in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Sales) preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in healthcare sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of hospice care, end-of-life issues, and healthcare regulations.
  • Exceptional professionalism, punctuality, and a warm, engaging personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledgeable with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
