We are thrilled to share Mozza's success and expansion to the Historic Georgetown Neighborhood of Washington, DC!  We are in search of a Chef de Cuisine who knows how to lead a top-notch team and has a passion for delicious, flavorful Italian food executed and served with care and consistency.  This position offers a comprehensive package including:

Desired qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in well-rated, industry leading kitchens
• Strong command of high-end cuisine and thorough business management skills
• Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demands
• Brings energy and enthusiasm to the workplace
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in expediting a high-volume kitchen
• Prior experience training and mentoring a diverse kitchen staff
• Driven towards consistency and service excellence
• Strong written and computer skills
