Job Title: Financial Analysis Manager

General Duties and Experience:

• Collect, review, and analyze information to make recommendations to the Government.
• Define the nature and extent of problems by analyzing relevant data such as annual revenues, employment, cost performance, schedule, process flows, and performance, or expenditures.
• Interview managers and employees, observe their operations, and develop solutions to identified problems.
• Understand the nature of the organization, its relationship with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture in the course of preparing recommendations.
• Prepare and solve mathematical models to support analytical findings.
• Report findings and recommendations to the Government, usually submitted in writing, with occasional oral presentations regarding findings.
• Provide support for the implementation of recommendations on some projects.

Experience:

• 10 years' experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis.
• Significant experience in Federal, Department of Defense (DoD), and/or U.S. Navy programs or operations.

Education:

• Bachelor's and/or Advanced Degree in a business or technical field.

• Certification in Change Management is required.
