WHAT YOU'LL DO
Source, recruit, and screen candidates for various roles primarily working directly with individuals with autism
Participate in recruitment strategy planning with Recruitment Specialist, Directors, and Coordinators of all program service lines and relevant staff
Schedule, attend, and coordinate participation of key staff in recruiting and outreach events
Build rapport and develop relationships with client and client families to ensure successful matching with qualified candidates
Interview candidates with authority to extend offers and make hiring decisions for paraprofessional and entry level positions
Manage pre-employment and onboarding process in collaboration with regional and centralized staff
Conduct new employee orientation, facilitate benefits enrollment for eligible employees, and coordinates all required training for new hires
Maintain data for various metrics associated with recruitment cycle
Facilitates off-boarding activities for departing employees
Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
Minimum of one-year recruiting/sales experience preferred.
