Overview:

We are seeking a self motivated individual to join our team as a property manager. Real estate experience is not required. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, have good communication skills, is a good listener and a problem solver. Successful completion of assigned tasks and follow up are critical to being successful.

Responsibilities:

- The property manager position requires extensive travel to multiple shopping centers in several different states.
- Inspecting shopping centers while simultaneously interacting with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
- Develop and implement budgets
- Manage tenant relationships
- Oversee projects to insure timely completion
- Obtain competitive bidding to insure resources are utilized efficiently
- Handle emergency situations

Education: It is preferred that candidate has an undergraduate college degree

Pay: $59,504.19 - $71,660.95 per year
