Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our growing team! You will handle all real estate activities and transactions on behalf of clients. This is a 100% commission only independent contractor opportunity with unlimited earning potential with training and mentorship provided.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- List and sell commercial real estate
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
- Negotiate lease transactions between landlord and tenants.
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Navigate the commercial real estate process for clients.
- Become a market expert in a specialized real estate product type.
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self starter and highly self disciplined
