Experis is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Warren, MI
Pay Rate: $20-25/hr
Duration: 2-6 month assignment (will not convert to permanent)
Hours: 8AM – 4 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Review invoice for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
- Perform invoice and general ledger data entry
- Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.
- Generate purchase orders when necessary.
- Obtain and print signatures on all checks.
- Assist Controller as needed.
- Degree preferred but not required.
- Strong excel and date entry skills.
- QuickBooks is preferred but not required.
- Accounts Payable knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Manufacturing or automotive experience would be a plus.
