On Point Construction Inc. is Hiring a Laborer Near Waltham, MA
We are a small business looking to expand. We are looking for laborers who are looking to learn a skilled trade. Training will be provided before you step into the field and as you progress with everyday on-site work. We are seeking for individuals who show dedication and commitment to learning. Everyday tasks include, setting up a job-site, digging around utilities with a shovel and other provided air tools, and using equipment such as a jumping jack, jackhammer, and compactor. We understand that this is a skilled trade, so with a willingness to learn and grow, we will take you there. Compensation will be based on experience. Paid holidays will be available after probation period. Must be able to work 40 hours. Monday-Friday (Saturdays during peak season). Snow plowing available during the winter.
