The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in our human resources department, overseeing a variety of HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and provide resolutions in line with company policies and legal requirements• Administer performance management processes including performance appraisals, development plans, and corrective actions• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations• Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements• Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to support employee growth and organizational effectiveness• Process payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws• Resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies promptly• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benefits enrollment, and addressing employee inquiries• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures, while communicating and enforcing company policies and practices• Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to support strategic goals and organizational growthSkills:• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time• Knowledge of Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, and Employee Relations
