Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for providing patient care, ensuring resident rights, and assisting with behavior management. This role requires experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and hospice care. Heavy lifting may be required. Responsibilities: - Provide patient care and assistance to individuals in need - Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld - Assist with behavior management techniques - Work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities - Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations - Provide support during hospice care situations - Perform heavy lifting as required Experience: - Previous experience in a nursing home or similar setting is preferred - Knowledge of patient care techniques and best practices - Familiarity with behavior management strategies - Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities - Understanding of hospice care procedures - Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed Note: This is a paid position.
