Demand Generation Specialist

A Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for overseeing the flawless execution of campaign tactics that support the Skillsoft subscription business. This is a highly collaborative role in which you will gain experience working across different marketing functions.
OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS
- Journey Design: Using information about our target audience and campaign objectives, design a customer journey in collaboration with your partners across Content Marketing, Digital Strategy, and Events Marketing
- Project Planning: Partner with the team to define a timeline of key tactic execution to ensure that the campaigns are deployed on time
- Tracking: Ensure that proper tracking is set up for all campaign tactics to allow for seamless reporting
- Lead Follow Up: Design and execute email campaigns for leads we engage with, and partner with our marketing and sales reps to ensure that they have the information they need to follow up
- Reporting: Using our dashboards, create reports for the team to understand the biggest drivers of performance and identify opportunities to improve
- Optimizations: Define key actions the team should take to address the biggest campaign pain points
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A B.S. or B.A. degree in marketing or a related business field
- Experience in past marketing jobs, internships, or leadership roles in extracurricular activities related to business and/or marketing
- An aptitude for data literacy and interest in using reports to generate insights and decisions. Experience using Tableau, PowerBI, or Salesforce is a plus
- A collaborative working style and willingness to learn
- Curiosity
Target base salary range for this job requisition is anticipated to be between $55,000 and $70,000.
We offer full benefits. The company may modify salaries, salary ranges and/or Pay Plans from time to time as it deems necessary.
