Director of Learning & Development
About the Role:

This position collaborates with our Executive Team and subject matter experts in a fully integrated learning environment by developing, aligning, and delivering organizational development and training activities to meet business goals. This involves designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs for sales and operations both in groups and one-on-one for all roles at the Bank. This position presents in both live and alternative classroom environments and supports a sustainable training framework. This position provides internal consulting in training and organizational development to departments, facilitates change management methodologies, and works with management to assess training and development needs consistent with the organization’s strategy and vision.
Who We Are Looking For:
Five to ten years of similar or related experience, including time in preparatory positions. A bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or Organizational Development is required. Background and a proven successful track record in learning and development with 3-5 years of adult learning experience is required. Video and online training development experience and banking experience are required.
Schedule for this Role:
Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5:00pm
