Our client, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms, is seeking an Employment Litigation Associate with 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with employment/restrictive covenants/trade secrets litigation. Candidates will also be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions, and experience with ESI discovery. Significant experience in employment/restrictive covenants/trade secrets law is preferred, but candidates with strong litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in employment law will be considered. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and must be admitted to practice in Arizona. This is an opening to join an intimate team and receive excellent mentorship and hands-on experience.
