Natural Resources Agency is Hiring an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT I Near UNKNOWN, CA

The California Natural Resources Agency (CNRA) is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant I (AA I) in a high-visibility position at the front desk of the Resources Building. The AA I will represent all CNRA tenants with a high level of professionalism while interacting with contacts at all levels. The AA I will execute administrative services to high-level principals with tact and punctuality. This high-energy, fun position requires outgoing, people-friendly customer service skills. Verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks are a must.
This position is categorized as Office-Based. The position’s job duties are performed at the designated work location in Sacramento 100% of the time.

Eligibility Information:

Department Information

The California Natural Resources Agency (CNRA) is a state cabinet-level agency in the government of California. Through its 40 departments, conservancies, boards, commissions, councils, and museums, the California Natural Resources Agency is responsible for protecting historical, natural, and cultural sites, monitoring and controlling state lands and waterways, and regulating fish and game use.
The current Secretary for the California Natural Resources is Wade Crowfoot and he serves as a member of Governor Gavin Newsom’s cabinet. As Secretary, Crowfoot oversees an agency of 19,000 employees charged with protecting and managing California’s diverse resources.

Special Requirements
