Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure HR practices adhere to legal requirements and ethical standards, reflecting our dedication to integrity, honesty, and transparency.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on ethical dilemmas and compliance-related matters.

    • Collaborate with leadership to reinforce our commitment to excellence and uphold our Christian values in all HR practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in HR coordination or related roles, preferably in a faith-based or values-driven organization.
  • Strong understanding of Christian principles and a personal commitment to serving Christ.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software (ADP) and Microsoft Office suite.
