**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and possess knowledge of various accounting software systems.

**Responsibilities:**

- Process accounts payable transactions accurately and timely

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

- Collaborate with the finance team on financial reporting

- Maintain accurate and organized financial records

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Skills:**

Required Skills:

- Experience in accounts payable and general accounting principles

- Proficiency in using accounting software such as Sage / Traverse or Microsoft Business Central

- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
