Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced interim Controller for a 3 month contract with a manufacturing company located in Tolleson, AZ. The consultant will be reporting to the CFO, and this is a fully onsite position. The ideal consultant will enjoy being hands-on, managing the month end close, working with leadership and managing a team of 5.Responsibilities:• Oversee the month-end close process ensuring efficiency and accuracy. • Carry out inventory cycle counts and manage inventory records. • Coordinate quarterly bank audits to ensure compliance and financial accuracy. • Prepare and issue Financial Statements to management for review and decision making. • Ensure Tax Compliance, focusing on Sales/Use Tax and Corporate tax. • Assist in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics to streamline business processes.
