Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- B.S. Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- 2-4 years ASIC design experience
- 2-4 years of program management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply program management principles
- 1-3 years direct management experience
- Excellent Coordinate cross-project activities
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
- Apply change, risk and resource management
- Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Anticipate and resolve project issues to ensure effective utilization of project resources.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project, Wrike, etc.) is a strong advantage
- Engineering Design Experience with ASICS and Image Sensors
- PMP certification
- IC Design Lead experience
- Product Lifecycle Management knowledge or experience
- >5 years’ experience as a Program Manager
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods including requirement development, risk management and change control management
- > 5 years’ experience as a First Level Manager
