Job DescriptionTechnical Program Manager Job DescriptionCandidates From Phoenix, AZ/Willing To Relocate Are Preferred.We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to organize, coordinate and drive execution on multiple development programs. You will provide day to day leadership to the development team, manage customer communications, support business development efforts, and ensure that Alphacore meets or exceeds customer expectations. You will manage a team of contractors who are experts in their respective areas and leverage their experience to supplement the development team efforts ensuring product development efforts meet Alphacore product roadmap requirements. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated rodleadership skills, puct development experience and a solid background and understanding of the engineering development process. Additionally, the ideal candidate would have the ability to effectively organize, prepare and communicate relevant information with executives, customers and across functions.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
  • B.S. Electrical/Electronic Engineering
  • 2-4 years ASIC design experience
  • 2-4 years of program management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply program management principles
  • 1-3 years direct management experience
  • Excellent Coordinate cross-project activities
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities
  • Apply change, risk and resource management
  • Assume responsibility for the program’s people and vendors
  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
  • Anticipate and resolve project issues to ensure effective utilization of project resources.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (MS Project, Wrike, etc.) is a strong advantage
Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Engineering Design Experience with ASICS and Image Sensors
  • PMP certification
  • IC Design Lead experience
  • Product Lifecycle Management knowledge or experience
  • >5 years’ experience as a Program Manager
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods including requirement development, risk management and change control management
  • > 5 years’ experience as a First Level Manager
