Job Description -

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to grow with a company. This is an in-person position. Pay depends on experience.

Responsibilities-

-Supports and participates in contract negotiations with suppliers and partners.

-Review contract terms to identify any potential risks or opportunities.

-Examines supporting materials and agreement documents related to bids or contracts and provides guidance.

-Acts as liaison between the organization and subcontractors to implement the contracts.

-Maintains contract records used to ensure compliance with reporting and regulatory requirements.

-Growing the business and increasing product lines by partnering with more manufacturers.

- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Coordinate project activities and resources to ensure successful execution

- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project milestones are met

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Experience-

- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools

- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and other relevant software applications

- Familiarity with lean principles and process management techniques

- Excellent technical writing skills for creating project documentation

- Demonstrated ability to provide effective project leadership

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
