Program Manager (Onsite)

We have an immediate need for a contract Program Manager to join our client, a national chain of convenience stores and gas stations. The Program Manager will manage multiple projects, orchestrating their outcomes to achieve overarching program goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills to plan, implement, and monitor programs from inception through delivery.

Location: Tempe, Arizona (Onsite)

This job expects to pay about $86 - 89 per hour plus benefits.

What You Will Do:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with program goals and timely delivery.
• Plan and implement detailed schedules for each project phase, facilitating communication and coordination among project teams for seamless execution.
• Define and articulate the program roadmap, monitor and report on status, and identify development issues and success metrics.
• Assess and mitigate risks, continuously seeking opportunities to improve cost efficiency, performance, and schedule adherence.
• Develop, manage, and maintain program budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met and providing regular financial reports to stakeholders.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met, maintaining high levels of satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, business conditions, and internal processes that may impact component projects or the overall program, adjusting strategies and plans as necessary.

What Gets You the Job:

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in program management, with a track record of managing multiple complex projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
