Seeking highly motivated and experienced Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position with an excellent benefit package. 

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to senior management. Provides support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports directors. Carries out administrative duties such as typing, filing, copying and scanning. 

The ideal candidate possesses excellent spoken and written communication skills. Candidate exhibits professionalism and safeguards sensitive information. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced corporate environment is desirable.

Preferred

Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred. 

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Excellent organizational skills. 

High School Diploma required.

College coursework preferred.

Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred.
