LARGE QSR GROUP LOOKING FOR A TALENTED HR DIRECTOR:

Are you an HR Leader with vision and the ability to help build an internal HR Department from the ground-up? This is incredible opportunity to work for a major QSR Brand and Very Large, Growing QSR Group. This is your chance to be the HR Leader for 500 Restaurants.

This position would require relocation to Texas.

REMINDER: QSR HR EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.

We are looking for an HR Director with an QSR HR Restaurant Background. You must have at least 3 years QSR HR Experience or 7 years QSR ASL Operations in conjunction with experience with

5 years non QSR HR Experience. Must have at least a Bachelors Degree in related field while a Master's Degree or MBA is preferred but not necessary. HR certification is also preferred but not necessary.

Must have experience in the following Areas:

Compliance: Federal and State Labor Laws, FMLA, Workers Compensation, Unemployment Claims and Hearings, Customer Incidents and Claims, and EEOC Regulations and Claims. Experience working with Insurance adjusters and Claims.

Employee Relations: Gap Analysis, Training & Development, Sensitivity Training, Employee Engagement, and Recognition. Experience in assessing and implementing and executing Employee Retention Programs, as well as implementing and monitoring open door policies.

Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Development: Best Recruiting Practices, ATS systems, HRIS Systems, Sourcing and Talent searches, and conducting Job Interviews. Employee Retention, and Succession Planning experience is vital. Experience conducting Background Checks and writing offer letters is necessary.

Performance Management: Partnering with Operational leaders with performance management and disciplinary actions. Experience with conducting HR Investigations, gathering facts, documentation, and video surveillance. Implementing and overseeing the completion of employee performance evaluations, action plans, as well as development plans for varying levels of operational roles.

HR Strategic Planning: Must have an understanding of how to strategically manage HR related functions while building the an HR Department from the ground up. Project Management experience is a plus.

CEO's Vision for this Job Role

The goal for this individual is to grow into an HR Director role as the company grows. Must be able to understand the importance of the organization's culture, as well as building a department that aligns with the CEO's and organizations needs and best interests.

HYBRID OR ON SITE POSITION IS UNDETERMINED:

Possible Hybrid Position, with some travel between markets in Chicago, Atlanta, and Dallas and the HR Business Partner will also spend time in the field. We prefer someone with an HR Related Degree and HR Certification. This HR leader will report directly to CEO while partnering with operations leaders, and other departments cross functionally.
