A well-established and expanding family-owned company with multiple entities for over 35 locations is looking to find an in-office Human Resource/Payroll Manager position. This position will be an integral part of the team's corporate staff based out of the Syracuse home office. This company offers excellent stability and encourages a work-life balance. The position is detail-oriented and requires analytical and organizational skills. The candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

This position performs Human Resources and Payroll related administrative activities, including the new hire process, payroll, benefits, and accurate record maintenance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including benefits, policies, and procedures
• Assists with benefit enrollments, employee leave requests, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, and Disability
• Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
• New hire onboarding through the ADP system
• Process payroll weekly for seven entities, balance payroll reports and records and answer payroll inquiries. Process status changes, deductions, garnishments, rate changes, retroactive adjustments, and special pay.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay: $65,000.00 per year
