Responsibilities
This full-time position provides support to the Community Investment Services team and Financial Consultants for client onboarding, including establishing new client accounts, as well as providing service and support to existing clients, processing transactions and preparing forms and documents.
Client Relationship Associate will also prepare reports for client meetings and process incoming deposits. The Client Relationship Associate provides all levels of service support, as well as assist with marketing and client communications, which can be in the form of physical mailings, or digital and social media postings.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Establish new accounts within ClientWorks and gather appropriate paperwork for additional account features, account transfers, and compliance-required disclosures and logs.
Mail or docusign forms to clients as required.
Communicate to the Financial Consultant any Notifications, NIGO’s or rejected accounts, service items or transactions which require attention and resolution from the Financial Consultant.
