As the Customer Service Representative, you will be focusing on promoting the companies inspection service offerings. You will assist with the existing customer base to advance those relationships and opportunities. The appropriate candidate for this position is a highly motivated, team-oriented individual capable of operating under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings.
• Interface with existing customers to understand the customers’ needs and how UNEW’s solutions meet those needs.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects.
• As necessary, visit clients, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.
• Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
• Support the development and growth of the business through the pursuit of new opportunities.
• Perform all other sales and account support-related duties, as needed.

Requirements

• Associates Degree or equivalent industry experience; Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years successful inside sales experience.
• Candidate must disclose any non-disclosure or non-compete agreements that are currently in effect.
• Manufacturing knowledge preferred. Aerospace knowledge is a benefit.
• Prior experience selling services, preferred.
• Ability to travel, as needed.
