Description

Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide.

We are currently seeking a full-time Senior HRIS Analyst  to join our Corporate HR Team. 



The Senior HRIS Analyst  serves as a technical point-of-contact for report development and analysis of data within the HRIS and other HR systems. Focus is on, but not limited to, developing analytics that support day-to-day operations of the HR Department by ensuring data integrity and accuracy while providing company leaders with mechanisms to effectively understand and manage human capital performance.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent work experience
  •  Significant experience with Human Resource Information Systems( Paycom) 
  •  Advanced knowledge of MS Office; advanced excel proficiency
  •  Advanced knowledge of SQL and other report writing tools
  •  Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools
  •  5 years HRIS Analyst experience
  •  Systems implementation experience, preferred
  •  PHR/SPHR certification, a plus
