Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide.
We are currently seeking a full-time Senior HRIS Analyst to join our Corporate HR Team.
The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a technical point-of-contact for report development and analysis of data within the HRIS and other HR systems. Focus is on, but not limited to, developing analytics that support day-to-day operations of the HR Department by ensuring data integrity and accuracy while providing company leaders with mechanisms to effectively understand and manage human capital performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent work experience
- Significant experience with Human Resource Information Systems( Paycom)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office; advanced excel proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and other report writing tools
- Strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with databases tools
- 5 years HRIS Analyst experience
- Systems implementation experience, preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification, a plus
