Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the software services sector.
  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and leveraging existing industry relationships.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Present compelling sales proposals, product/services demonstrations, and business cases to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using HubSpot CRM software.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional geographically diverse teams including marketing, services delivery, and customer success to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly within the software services or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management and prioritization abilities./

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
