About the Role:
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of The Botanist. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, HRIS maintenance & Employee Relations. Excellent work environment with a full benefit package offered including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, paid time off, holidays, pet insurance, and other paid leaves of absence.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Manufacturing environment that requires extended time standing, walking, bending and reaching. Ability to carry up to 50lbs for up to a distance of 100ft may be required. Occasional extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects. Ability to work in a humid and pollinated environment.
