Job Summary:
The Senior Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for project management of new and repeat customers starting from job booking through completion. The SAM is the primary customer contact after job award, and the core functions for this role are job coordination, leading issue escalation and resolution, and relationship management with both external customers and internal teams. The Senior Account Manager has a strong level of direct mail and commercial print industry experience and is an added resource for their Account Manager peers. This position offers the ability to work remotely with an onsite rotation.
