Tradeco Construction is Hiring a Laborer Near Minneapolis, MN
As a construction laborer, you will be responsible for supporting our customers by performing a variety of tasks such as digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and preparing work sites. This is a physically demanding position that requires individuals who are not afraid to get their hands dirty and are willing to work hard to get the job done.
We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $18 to $21 per hour based on your experience and industry knowledge. Our typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with some opportunities for overtime. And as a member of our team, you will also be eligible for overtime pay after 40 hours, OSHA 10 training and benefits.
To be considered for this role, you must have a working knowledge of construction trades hand tools, 1 year or more previous experience working in the construction industry or labor position, and a valid, non-restricted driver's license.
